Order Confirmation

The following information outlines key information relating to the agreement between Cornwall Seascapes (we or us) and the goods we will deliver to you as a consumer (you).

We will accept your order only once payment is taken, via the Cornwall Seascape website. Once you make your payment you are agreeing that the supply of goods to you is covered by the terms and conditions highlighted on our website. We will then begin processing your order.

As we process your order, we will inform you by e-mail if any goods you order are unavailable.

Cooling off period

Paintings and pre-printed goods purchased through us are subject to a 14-day cooling off period from the day after the goods are received by you or are delivered at the specified delivery address. All commissioned pieces such as photographic canvas prints must be cancelled before processing.

Requests for refunds made within the 14-day cooling off period will be granted and issued within 10 days of receipt by us of the returned goods.

Requests for refunds made outside of the 14 day cooling off period will not be granted.

Returns

It is your responsibility to cover the costs of returning unwanted goods.

Returns must be made by mail or delivered to the address below.

It is recommended that you return your goods by recorded delivery or a secure delivery method which requires a signature on delivery, as we will not be held responsible for goods being lost or damaged before they arrive at the above returns address.

To allow correct allocation of any eligible refunds, returns must contain a copy of your completed returns form.
We reserve the right to refuse to refund monies for goods which are returned in a damaged (including being dirty) or used condition.

Damaged goods

If on inspection after delivery it is evident that your goods are damaged, please contact us immediately via info@cornwall-seascapes.co.uk or 07545313994.

Pricing

All prices are quoted in UK Pounds Sterling at the prevailing rate.

Order processing, postage and delivery

If you are based in the UK, whilst we cannot guarantee delivery times, we will endeavour to get your order delivered to you within 7 working days from receipt of your order.

If you are based outside the UK delivery may take longer. If you require any further information beyond that supplied at the point of order, please contact us.

We will not pay any customs and import duties that may apply to the goods, therefore if you are based outside of the UK, you will be responsible for paying such charges.

Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These terms and conditions are governed by and will be construed in accordance with English law. Any dispute or claim must be brought before the English courts irrespective your location.
